This includes, where applicable:Fishing and shellfish licenses, tags, and harvest limits. Seasonal fishing closures and species restrictions. Shellfish safety advisories and harvesting closures.Mushroom and plant collection rules. Wildlife protection regulations. State park, national forest, and other public land requirements. Private property boundaries and access permissions. Oregon Rainforest Adventures does not guarantee the availability of fish, shellfish, mushrooms, wildlife sightings, or any particular outdoor experience. Regulations may change, and participants should consult official agencies such as the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, Oregon Parks and Recreation Department, and other relevant authorities before participating.

7. Mushroom Foraging and Wild Food Safety: Information about mushrooms, edible plants, and other wild foods is provided for educational purposes only. Identifying wild mushrooms and plants can be dangerous, and consuming incorrectly identified species may cause serious illness or death. Never consume a wild mushroom or plant based solely on photographs, articles, videos, or online descriptions.Participants are responsible for exercising appropriate caution, seeking qualified identification assistance, and following applicable collection regulations.

8. Assumption of Risk and Liability: Outdoor activities may involve risks that cannot be completely eliminated, even when reasonable safety precautions are taken.
